The truth? We are programmed to be asleep when we are not. Sleep is the only thing in our lives that can truly be truly wakeful. We feel sleepy; our minds are foggy-like. We feel confused; our minds are fuzzy. Our bodies are tired but the mind knows it is tired, and so we don’t even have the capacity to feel tired.

Why would anyone want to wake up to a 5 AM alarm? Well, we all have the capacity to do so, and the world is a big place. But the fact is that most people don’t have the cognitive capacity to do so. That’s why we get the “alarm for 5am” messages.

Well, unless you are a zombie and are on a mission to kill everything in your vicinity, you will still get the alarm at 5:15. But it is a different level of alertness, and you will get a different kind of wakefulness.

Well, that sounds a lot like the “5 AM alarm,” but the point is that the alarm is set way before the 5 AM alarm, so you will get different levels of alertness. You will be able to get up and go to a different alarm clock, but you will still get the 5 AM alarm. The reason you get the 5 AM alarm is that while you would be more alert, you will be able to sleep a little later.

For the same reason, you will still get the alarm at 5 AM, but you will be able to set it for a time period longer than 5 hours. So if your alarm time is 6 AM, you should still get 5 AM. If you set it for 6:30 PM, you will still be able to get up and go to 5 AM, but you will be able to set the alarm for a longer time.

I think this is a great idea. If you’re at work, you don’t want to be waking up at 4 PM and getting annoyed that you missed your alarm. If you’re at home, you want to be able to set your alarm for whatever time you need it to be, and then get out of bed early so you won’t be mad at yourself if you don’t get the alarm set.

This is a great idea! Many of us have alarms set to wake us up late at night or early in the morning. We tend to forget to set our alarms, or forget that we set them. We do this all the time. We’re humans, we have habits, we have routines, we get in our own way. We forget that we’re doing this.

It’s a little easier if you set your alarm for a specific time. For example, if you set your alarm 5:15, it won’t be set to “5:45” every time. That’s how we learn how to get in our own way.

Well, not so much as we’re sure there’s a specific time. But the other day I set my alarm at 5:30 and then for some reason I forgot. I set my alarm again at 6:00 and it still wasn’t set at 5:30. What the heck was I doing? I did some research on alarms and what they do to remind you they’re set, and I found that your phone does a really good job.

Well, it is possible to set your phone alarm to say for example 545. So I guess yes, it is possible to set your phone alarm for a specific time, but only if you have a really good reason for it.
