We all know that sleep is a critical part of our success in life. Whether it’s waking up when we should, sleeping through the night, or just feeling well rested, sleep plays a role in your mental and physical health. It’s one of the best ways to relieve stress and depression, prevent dementia, and get a boost of mental energy from your body.
The problem with sleeping is that it can leave us stressed, tired, and depressed all at the same time. Well, for starters, many people will say that if we are going to nap, we should sleep on a soft surface. I personally like to sleep on my couch, but there is no right or wrong way to do it.
