The term limitaciones is a bit misleading. They are not limits. The limitacion refers to the way someone thinks about their own physical capacity.
The word limitaciones is derived from limitacion and it refers to the idea of a person “limiting” themselves. In other words, it’s the idea of a person “limiting their life.” In reality, the only limit we have is our own physical capacity. But if we limit ourselves, we are limiting ourselves in the process, limiting our ability to think for ourselves. So limitaciones are not limits.
The limitacion is the idea that if we limit ourselves, then we limit our own capacity. This is the idea that if we limit our physical capabilities, then we are limiting our own mental capabilities and so on.

For example, I’m not a big fan of the term “limitaciones”, but I will say that it is a good example of the idea that we need to be more specific about ourselves.
To the average person, limitaciones are a way of making sure that you are aware of your boundaries. When a person is asked what he or she wants to do for a certain amount of time, the answer often turns out to be something like “I want to go to the movies for one hour, then I want to buy some shoes, then I want to get a haircut, then I want to go to the store, and then I want to go to the movies again.
To make limitaciones less vague, there are many different ways to make sure that you are aware of your limits.
