If you are reading this blog, you probably already know that I am a big fan of the new “self-awareness” movement. If you haven’t yet, it’s time to take a closer look at the three levels of self-awareness.
The first level of self-awareness is self-awareness of what you are doing. This is the level of awareness that allows you to stop and consider the ramifications of your actions. For instance, if you are doing something that you know will hurt someone, you can stop and think about what you will do if your goal is to hurt someone.
The other two levels of self-awareness are self-awareness of what you say, what you do, and what you don’t do. This can help you in your decision-making and decision-making when someone else is trying to hurt you. This is a form of self-awareness where you can think about the consequences of what you do.
The point about self-awareness is that it allows you to control your thoughts, emotions, actions and reactions. If you are using self-awareness of your actions and reactions, then you can make better decisions and avoid problems.
I think a lot of people don’t realize the value of self-awareness of what you say, what you do, and what you dont do because they think it’s just a form of mental laziness. But it’s actually quite useful because the truth is you dont realize all the consequences of decisions you make until you are in a situation where you can control the consequences. In other words, you can control your thoughts, emotions, actions, and reactions.
You can feel great about your actions. But the truth is that you are not really aware of the consequences of making decisions. It’s just a matter of how far you take the actions that you made.
There are a few ways to improve this. One thing you can do is be aware of your body’s sensations and movements. For example, if you have a hard time believing how you feel when walking, you can turn around and see the environment from a different perspective, or use a stopwatch to notice how long it is. The point is that the more aware you’re of your body, the more aware you are of the consequences of your actions.
This is just one example, but in my practice, I find that it helps when I take notice of my body. I am always aware of the fact that I could fall. And I can’t fall without a little bit of hesitation and uncertainty, so that’s when I notice my body. This is why I started taking notice of my body when I was younger. Later I realised that I have a lot of control over my body, that I can change my body whenever I want.
And that’s why I feel that taking better care of my body is one of the things that makes a difference in my life. When I was younger I used to be so lazy and careless about what I did, but now I’m doing a lot more of it. I used to be very lazy and careless, but now I’m doing a lot more of it. I have to accept that I’m always going to be lazy and careless because I’m always living in this body.
